What time can I check in?

Check-in is possible from 15:00. However, if you arrive a little earlier, we will try to check you in before that time.

What time is check-out?

Check-out by 10 am.

Would you like to contribute? For a small additional fee, this is possible*.

Payment for late check-out:
- free of charge by prior arrangement until 11 am.
- Until 1 p.m. 25% of the price
- until 16:00 50% of the price
- from 16:00 at full price

*Depends on availability of individual rooms or suites.

Can I book a transfer to or from the airport with you?

Our colleagues at the reception will be happy to book a taxi to the airport or any of the train or bus stations for a specific time.

Are pets allowed in your hotel?

The Old Royal Post Hotel is pet friendly. If you are travelling with your four-legged pet, please inform us at check-in. The rate is EUR 30 per stay.

Can I park my car by the hotel?

The hotel does not have a parking lot.

We partner with Parkingcard CZ seamless service offering our guest hassle-free parking options in the nearby area. Visit https://www.parkingcard.cz/en/ and select district Prague 1, the dates and the tariff. Register your car plate number, e-mail address, settle the payment by card and park your car on any spot available within District 1 (Oblast 1).

Do you accept deposits?

Yes, we accept a deposit of EUR 100 per booking for the entire stay. We take authorization via credit card after check-out is refunded to the guest.

Can you put my company details on the invoice?

This is possible, of course. Please let us know in advance and our reception or reservations department will be happy to add them for you.

What is the cancellation policy?

All prepaid reservations are non-refundable. We are really sorry, but if you cancel your reservation, do not arrive or the hotel refuses to accommodate the person you are not accompanying, we cannot refund your money.

Reservations made through a corporate account must be guaranteed by credit or debit card at the time of booking. Once confirmed, your booking may be cancelled by agreement with your company. Cancellation after your company's approval, or if you do not turn up for your stay, will mean that you will be charged for the first night of your stay.

Is breakfast included?

Reservation is without breakfast.

Breakfast can be purchased Monday to Sunday from 08:30 to 11:00 in the Mondieu restaurant, located on the ground floor of the hotel.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel?

You can deposit your luggage with us 24/7.

Can I change my reservation?

Subject to availability, dates of prepaid reservations can only be changed by contacting our reservations department directly and paying the change fee and any rate differences.
